With a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA), a Master’s in Education and Counselling, and credentials as a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation, Abe merges strategic insight with emotional intelligence to create environments where both people and performance thrive.

A trusted advisor to leaders and organizations across North America, Abe has worked with First Nations communities coast to coast, and with businesses and non-profits in the tens of millions in revenue. He has trained thousands of coaches globally and is the architect of the Flourishing Workplace™ Model—an evidence-based framework that helps organizations build strengths-based cultures rooted in well-being, connection, and high performance.

Prior to founding Flourishing Workplace™, Abe served as President of one of the largest life and executive coach training organizations in the world for over a decade, where he led global operations, developed accredited programs, and championed workplace mental health. His work spans corporate, entrepreneurial, and non-profit sectors, always anchored in a people-first philosophy.
