Lenie is an accomplished human resources professional, trainer, and coach with 25 years of experience helping diverse groups achieve their career goals. Specializing in career coaching and professional development, she has worked with established non-profits in Calgary and Jasper, where she championed the empowerment of newcomers.

Drawing on her own immigrant experience, Lenie inspires others to embrace a success mindset—rooted in openness to change, resilience, and fresh perspectives. Today, she is dedicated to creating opportunities for her clients to unlock their potential, embrace change, and achieve growth. In 2023, she founded CoachLen Consulting, where she continues to support individuals and small business owners across Alberta.

Lenie is an active member of the community, serves as a board member of the United Filipino Entrepreneurs Association in Alberta.
