Allyson Relf is a counsellor, coach, and facilitator with over 25 years of experience specializing in leadership development, workplace wellbeing, career growth, and organizational health. She helps individuals and organizations reconnect with their values, strengthen culture, and create healthier, more sustainable ways of leading and working.
As the founder of a counselling and coaching practice, Allyson partners with growth-minded clients and organizations to align values with practice, nurture emotionally healthy workplaces, and support those who carry responsibility for others. She also facilitates workshops and group experiences focused on leadership development, team dynamics, career transitions, and emotional wellbeing.
Her background includes leadership roles in government and nonprofit sectors—serving as an executive director, public service manager, and supervisor of a 24-hour crisis line. These experiences shaped her deep understanding of the emotional weight leaders carry, as well as the organizational challenges that impact workplace culture and wellbeing.
Her integrative, relational approach blends counselling, coaching, and facilitation to foster growth across emotional, mental, and professional dimensions.
Outside of her work, Allyson finds joy in hiking, mountain biking, camping, and quiet moments with family and friends.
