Dr. Gwendolyn Diggs

A transformational leader in education and community service, Dr. Gwendolyn Wilson Diggs, Ed.D., excels as a master educator, executive leader, and certified coach, committed to inspiring growth and fostering thriving environments in schools and the community.

Dr. Diggs served as Vice President of the Urban League of Metropolitan St. Louis, overseeing Head Start/Early Head Start, and championed school readiness, academic excellence, and holistic well-being for children, families, and staff. She has also served as Assistant Superintendent in multiple districts. She is an adjunct professor at the University of Missouri in Saint Louis, MO, supporting the shaping of the next generation of educators.

With over 30 years of leadership experience, Dr. Diggs has pioneered research-based academic initiatives, strengthened parent and community engagement, and led programs aimed at improving student outcomes. She is a Certified Flourishing Workplace Educator and Parenting Coach, recognized with numerous awards for excellence in education and community impact.

An active member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., and a published author, Dr. Diggs brings a global perspective, having lived and worked internationally. Her mission is to equip individuals and organizations with the tools to lead with hope, purpose, and lasting impact.
