As Director of Certified Flourishing Coaching Australia, Kirsten has worked with leaders, practitioners, and organisations across the not-for-profit, education, business, health and wellness, and community sectors both locally and overseas. Her diverse career spans over 25 years and includes senior leadership roles, national and international facilitation, and the successful operation of her own creative design and marketing consultancy.

Kirsten’s leadership journey began as a youth pastor, a role she and her husband held for nearly 15 years, before transitioning to senior pastoral leadership and spearheading community care programs that provided essential support to the homeless and vulnerable. She has since led high-performance workshops, developed evidence-based coaching programs, and consulted on brand strategy, marketing, and organizational growth across the world.

Her expertise integrates behavioural science, strengths-based development, and creative problem-solving, enabling her to design and deliver initiatives that inspire lasting impact.
